My e-learning idea is to first do a needs analysis by using a google survey form with 4th year students working in the ICU clinical area to find reasons why the clinical block in a ICU environment are overwhelming. Then from drawing on these needs analysis use Animoto and initiating a concept to students from where they have to post linking videas, words, pictures to connect their concepts to show their insights. This will be done as part of facilitating clinical reasoning skills and to see if and where the students indicate any gaps.
